Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with SLABTOWN. All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, which means each item is printed and manufactured specifically for you once you place your order. Please read below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.
1. Order Processing Time
Because every item is custom printed, please allow time for production before your order ships. Processing time varies slightly by product category, based on the specific manufacturing partner used for that item.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order contains multiple items from different categories, your order may ship in multiple packages, each arriving separately based on that item's individual production and shipping time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Once your order has completed production, it is handed off to our shipping carrier. Delivery times below are estimates and begin after the processing time above, not from the date the order was placed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Some product categories (for example, posters and apparel) may ship from different facilities and therefore may have different delivery windows even within the same order.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

4. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
5. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
International delivery times vary significantly by destination and are generally longer than domestic delivery times.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before production begins — however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim and arrange a reprint or refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control, but we will always work with you to find a resolution.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items go into production shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hour of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
